How to Fix Blackberry Device Stuck on Setup Screen - All Methods

If your Blackberry device is stuck on setup after the company has closed or significantly scaled back its operations, it can be challenging to find official support. Blackberry devices primarily rely on the Blackberry servers for various services, and with the company's transition away from hardware and its focus on software, these services might not be as actively maintained.

BUT DON'T WORRY WE ARE HERE TO HELP!

In this post we'll mention all the method through which you can easily get rid of setup screen in your blackberry devices. We have personally tried these methods and it did worked for us. Follow the process and enjoy your BB dvice.

Before attempting this, if you are already connected to wifi, we advise running an autoloader and starting over. UNTIL THIS FIX IS COMPLETED, DO NOT CONNECT TO WI-FI. IF YOU DO, PROBLEMS WILL OCCUR.

Autoloaders for most/all the devices are attached in this post in next section.

Method 1:

Step 1: Go to the "Connect To A Mobile Network" screen after turning on your smartphone.

Step 2: Your device's power button should be pressed three times quickly. If successful, a brief chime will sound. (You might need to try pushing the Power button three times)

Step 3: An alert letting you know the Screen Reader software has been activated will then appear (and sound). To activate the software, double-tap with two fingers.

Step 4: On the screen for the cellular connection, click Skip.

Step 5: Despite still seeing the Wi-Fi setup screen, the Screen Reader will begin reading remarks concerning Blackberry ID. Wait until the screen reader reads "Skip" and then IMMEDIATELY double-tap the screen's top right corner (where it says "You need a data connection to continue") then swipe to the left with one finger. Repeat this three times.

Step 6: You will see a pop-up allowing you to skip creating a BBID. The Screen Reader will prompt you to hit Skip twice in order to continue.

Step 7: The regular BBID sign-in screen will then appear. By quickly pushing the power button three more times, you can now switch off Screen Reader.

Step 8: On the BBID screen, click "Skip". Either a screen for software updates or regional settings will appear. In Case you land on software update screen.

Step 9: The software update will finally inform you that it cannot connect to the Blackberry infrastructure and give you the choice to swipe left or set up Wi-Fi. Swipe LEFT! (We'd prefer not to return to the Wi-Fi screen.)

Step 10: After that, you'll notice a message for automatic updates; tap OK.

Step 11: After that, you'll be directed to the typical gesture guidelines. You're done when you finish those!
That's it! This method will work with most of the users. Just in case this doesn't work, move to the next method.

Method 2:

Step 1: Turn off your BB Device and Remove the battery.

Step 2: Remove the Sim Card and microSD card.

Step 3: Check you mobile phone model and find the autoloader for your device on our website. (Autoloader are located in next section).

Step 4: After locating the autoloader for your device, download the latest and one version older.

Step 5: Now turn your device back on and connect to the laptop/computer.

Step 6: After this launch the autoloader which is older and follow all the instructions and install.
Your Device might boot multiple time but don't worry until it's completely done.

Step 7: Once done, check your device if it's still stuck on setup. Make sure to not connect it with wifi.

Step 8: If it works, enjoy your device or else, connect your device back to the laptop.

Step 9: Now launch the latest autoloader and let the process run.

After the device is rebooted, follow simple instruction and setup the device. Make sure to not connect to wifi.

Enjoy the Device........
